Bikemap widget
Description:Allows you to add maps from

To copy this widget to your wiki, cut and paste the entire source of the Bikemap widget code page into a page called Widget:Bikemap on your wiki.

If you don't have the Widget extension set up on your wiki, go to its description page on and follow the installation instructions.

This widget replaces the MediaWiki extension IncludeBikemap because of its code simplicity.

This widget allows you to add maps from to your wiki page (Note: This widget ist not offered by but by a user!).

To insert this widget, use the following code:


The code above creates a default map, id is only an example.

You can add some parameters to change size (of iframe and map), maptype, unit and if extended view climb inclination diagram sould be shown. Not used paramters show default, see section Parameters for a short description.




  • id - This is the ID (only numbers) of the map located at the end of the map URL (example: 859435), must be set!
  • unit - Unit, can be km or miles, default is km
  • maptype - Maptype, can be 0 (card (googlemaps)), 1 (hybrid (googlemaps)), 2 (terrain (googlemaps)), 3 (osm (openstreetmap)), 4 (ocm (opencyclemap)) or 5 (sat (googlemaps)), default is 3 (osm)
  • size - Size of the iframe and map, can be small, medium or big, default is medium
  • extended - Extended view, can be no, default is true

To do

  • Change width and heigth of map as you want and not only in three fixed sizes
