- id - the widget id
Note: all parameters come from the publish page of the Widget Builder.

Optional Parameters
The embedded widget can be customized using the following parameters:
- theme - choose a new color theme for the widget (one of "yellow", "orange", "pink", "red", "purple", "blue", "teal", "green", "gray", or "black")
- output - choose a new output type for the widget (one of "popup", "lightbox", "iframe", or "iframeOpen")
- width - choose a new output width
- height - choose a new output height
